Its on 09-10-2012, about 4:00 PM evening, under the bright sunshine a 17 year old PU collage Girl of SDM was missing while she was returning from her collage. Next day morning around 10 am her dead body ( naked & hands tied to a tree trunk) found under the tree at a distance approximately 20-30 feet distance from a High-way connecting a famous sacred temple town called dharmasthala of Dakshina kannada coastal district of Karnataka. Every one said it must be rape and murder, police officials initially said it’s a gang rape. The post mortem report said ‘ her private part pushed with 6 inches of mud particles’. This enough to explain what a trauma & horror an annocent student girl suffered at the time of her death by the human beasts. She was Brutally killed before gang raped. Her Name is SOUJANYA… Soujanya Gowda D/O Chandappa Gowda, 17 yr, R/ Pangala Village, Dharmasthala, DK, Karnataka.

WHO KILLED SOUJANYA ??? The answer is.. Our Criminal Justice system failed to punish the most powerfull real culprit though they are freely wandering insulting the family of the victim and crushing the Voice for Justice through Maistream Media, using the State and Central Political, Police & bureaucratic lobby, having strong judicial back up at their finger tips and above all Using Sacred Hindu Temple a Shield.

• 20 days before soujanya rape and murder Dharmasthala Temple town witnessed a double murder in the premises of the temple. Police reported Culprits not found with C report. The luxury hotel is erected after a year of double murder at a place where the victims habited .
• Another 17 yr old student Girl kumari Padmalatha of the same institution of the temple wad kidnapped, found missing for 53 days . the dead body of the girl found rottening by the sides of the river just like soujanya. Police reported no culprits found . closed with C report.
• A young teacher Vedavalli madam, again working in the same institution of the temple was gang raped and burnt alive . Police reported NO accused found and closed the case with C report.
• Many men women girls found dead in the lodgings of temple, along river banks and forests adjoining the temple, most of them unreportedn the reported deaths closed as UDR – Unnatural Death Report and bodies buried suspiciously as unclaimed bodies without informing the relatives.
• A former sanitary worker complained before magistrate and police that he buried many bodies with signs of rape and murder. Strategica conspiracy was hatched so that he was forced to retract from his statement. SIT formed still investigating the case as the SIT has recovered more than ten dead bodies and more than thousand skeletal remains from the forest area surrounding temple.
• Intolerable weekly loan Interest recovery torture by organization founded and funded by temple authorities across the state leading to innumerable suicides of men & women, missing from the villages. So far 52 cases against Loan interest illegalities of the temple trust has been registered. But the police closing the case by filing only NCR without law full actions against the temple authorities.
• More than 300 civil and criminal cases registered against illegala land grabbing of Government Land , Private Land , Sc/St land by the Temple trust Authorities that accounts to more than 2000 acres that includes the Holy Garbha Gruha of the Temple. But still no action by the law agencies and the Government.
